Basic Parameters
Battery Configuration
Applicable to 7-series ternary lithium battery pack (nominal voltage 11.1V, full charge voltage 12.6V).
Support single-cell voltage range: 3.0V~4.25V (overcharge/over-discharge protection threshold adjustable).
Current Performance
Continuous Discharge Current: 120A (typical value), supports short-term peak current 200~300A (overcurrent protection trigger).
Charging Current: Support 125A (typical value).
Protection Function
Overcharge Protection: Triggered when single-cell voltage ≥4.25V, recovery voltage 4.15V.
Over-discharge Protection: Triggered when single-cell voltage ≤2.75V, recovery voltage 3.00V.
Overcurrent/short circuit protection: Triggered when discharge current ≥250A, automatically recovers after 300~800ms delay.
Temperature protection: Some models support high and low temperature monitoring (need to be customized).

Wire Diagram
Wiring precautions:
1. Installing the protective board requires a certain amount of technical electronic knowledge.
2. When wiring, first connect the B- wire at the soldering pad position to the total negative terminal of the battery (the B- wire should be soldered to a short and thick wire) and solder the wired terminal to the battery pack first, and then insert the protective plate.
3. The connection between the battery terminal B- and the protection board terminal B- should be short and thick, otherwise it will cause the protection board to charge and discharge in advance and malfunction.
4. You need to use thick wires when wiring P+/P-. Wires that are too thin and too long will burn the board!
